NO PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT FOR YUGOSLAVIA

Mr. Molotov has given up his attempt in the couference of the Big Eour Foreign Ministers to secure preferential treatmeut for Yugoslavia in reparatiou pavments by Italy and Bulgaria. Acceptance of the principle of equality for Greece and Yugoslavia represents another material advauce in the treaty discussions. Mr. Molotov previOusTy lield that Yugoslavia should reee'ivb double Greece 's reparations. Mr. Manuilskv said he was satislied with Mr. Byrnes 's report on tlie wounding of Gregory Stadnik, a Ukraiue delegate, in a delicatessen 011 November 21. Mr. Byrnes in his report rejected the charge that the shooting was attempted assassination.
