Mr. Manuilskv said he was satislied with Mr. Byrnes 's report on tlie wounding of Gregory Stadnik, a Ukraiue delegate, in a delicatessen 011 November 21. Mr. Byrnes in his report rejected the charge that the shooting was attempted assassination.
