Received Friday, 10.25 p.m. CANBERRA, Nov. 29. The Minister of Labour, Mr. Holloway, announced that Cabiiut would eonsider the projiosal to "take over" the >Sydney dockyards. Alr. Holloway had eonferred with the Attorney General, Dr. Evatt, on the legal aspeet oi such aetion by the Commonwealtli "The fact is that the employers have refused to suspend their order elosing the docks," said Mr. Holloway. "That means that 8000 jiersons not eonnected with the strike have been dismissed. 1 am hoping the parties ean he eall(■1 togother soon."
