Received Friday, 9.0 p.m. SYDNEY, Nov. 29. Offieials of the Labour Coiineil today warned a mass meeting oi' dock men that widespread stoppage was threatening. The meeting, which was attended by 500, recommended that the dispute should be spread throug'h all land shops in the motai trade industrv if tlie demand that the Federal Government take over the docks is not successful. The assistant-secretary of the Labour Council said: "We are confronted by a situation that has eaused the leaders of the Labour Council to believe a widespread stoppage is definitely on its way.'"
