CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 2S. St. Albans is the only Christchurch seat where the addition of postal and absentee votes niav cause a reversal of the positions of the candidates at the end of the preliminary count. Mr. C. Morgan Williams (L) leads from Mr. J. T. Watts (N) by only 66 votes, and today the returning offieer (Mr. W. V. Morton) announeed that approximately 1000 absentee, postal and declaration votes were still to be counted. -This count will not be completed for at least anotlier week.
