PRETTY WEDDING

WILSON— WOODMASS 9 A pretty wedding was sblemnised on -October 19 at St. Mary's Anglican Church when Janet Muriol, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Woodmass, Kimberley Road, Levin, was married to Howard Edgar, second^son of Mr. and Mrs. A. E. -Wiison, One Tree Hill, Aucklana. The Rev. G. B. Stote-Blandy officiated. White cloque, with a low-fitting waist and heart-shaped neckline-, was chosen by the bride for her gowh. ,Tbe long skirt formed a train and she carried a bouquet of roses, cyclamen and lily-of-the-valley. The two bridesmaids, Miss Beverley Glyrian (cousin of -the bride) and Miss Rae Hinckesnlan, were frocked alike in blue spotted voile, made with full skirts and heart-shaped neckline and short sleeves. They wore blue net mittens, carried bouquets in lemon toning and wore head sprays to match. The flower girl was little janice Marple, of Wellington, whose long pink spotted voile frock was made with tiny frills. She carried a Victorian posy in pale pink and blue trimmings. Mr. Harry Front, of Auckland, carried out the, duties of best man and Mr. Leonard Woodmass those of groomsmah. Mr. Ashley Bell acted as iisher. During the signing of the register Miss Margaret Irving sang "O Perfect Love." She also rendered "I Love You Truly" and "If I Might Come to You" at the reception. The bride's ihother, wearing a navy costume with burguhdy accessories, assisted by the bridegroom's mother, who -was attired in a h^tvy ensemble and picture hat, received the guests at the Druids' Hall, Levin. The happy couple left by rail-car, and were given a warm send-off. The honeymoon will be spent in the South Island before they return to their new home in Auckland.
