OTAKI RAILWAY'S TOURNAMENT
Eight rinks participated in a ':ournament at the Otaki Railway Olub's green during the weekend. Ihe green was in excellent order, rnd .the games proved very interisting. . The winning rink was skipped by S. Mattar, and it unerged without loss. Afternoon was provided and enjoyed. The number of wins secured by jach rink were as follows: — S. Mattar 4; Larsen (Levin) and Grav ■Otaki) 3; Green (Wellington) and Sooth (Otaki Railway) 2; Symonds ; Otaki Railway) and Lawrie 1; and T. Moffitt (Wellington) nil. In one game a well-known champion I failed to score, the Levin rink rattling on 25 points to his nil. The club will hold another tournament in two weeks' time. On November 30 it will play Raumati South fot ythe pennaqts |and Levin Centrai oh D£i0mbeF l>vbotli $x,ures on the Railway green.
