TWO UNIONISTS SHOT.
Received Fridav, 8.25 p.m. NEW YORIv, Nov. 2\. Yiolence marked tlie coal walkout at Welch, West Virginia, two members of the United Mine Workers' Association being sliot and fatally wounded in a dispute with the foreman of a small mine who refused to stop hauling coal. The foreman was taken into custody but thus far no charge has been laid.
