WELLINGTON, Nov. 21. Commenting today on the objection by Mr. W, J. Mountjov, secretary of the Wellington Employers' Association, to urningements for workers in other than essential industries pto take part in a welcome to the Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, on his return to Wellington on Tuesday aftprnoon from his Dominion election tour, Mr. F. P. Walsh, who had been asked by a eommittee of citi zens to organise tlie demonstration, said that the workers regarded the oecasion as oue very well worth while. Those who would gather to honour the Prime Minister knew well the is •ues that were at stake in this election. Mr. Fraser had made his voice and in iluence felt aiuong the statesmen of tlie world. Mr. Holland had .shown more interest in the shortage of elastic in New Zealand than in world affairs. Bupport:rs of tlie National Party had travelled i]) to 60 to 70 niiles to attend ATr. IIoland's meeting find it appeared this did' not interfere witli the voluuie of production in the country.
