For the fifth successive week- Gis- • borne was first 011 a population basis with a contribution of 14,807 meat and 228 butter coupons toward the New Zealand Famine Emergency Committee's campaign to save food for Britain. Blenheim was s,econd with 4560 meat and 178 butter coupons and Oamaru third with 4085 meat and 38'buttfer coupons. Gifts of cnnporis for tho week totalled 133,951 meat and 4766 butter.
