MELBOURNE, Nov. 18. What is claimed to be a world cricket record was performed by Gordon Allen, a medium-paced bowler, in a Nortliern Peninsula A grade matcF. Allen took all 10 wicket s, for no runs^for Bittern against Somcrville. Allen seenred six wiekets in his first over and four in his second. He clean-bowled seven batsmen, got two leg-before and had the other cauglit. Somerville were dismiss: ed for none. Wisden does not record an instanee of a team being dismissed without seoring a run.
