The judicial committee met to inquire into the running of Peter Gazelle in the" Flying Handicap at tlie Feilding fneating on Saturday. After hearing the . evidence of the coniiections they da'cided that there was nothing to subst'antiate the charge that the horse had no been run on its mei'its.
