RELIEF FOR BERLINERS

Received Saturday, 11.30 a.m. BERLIN, Nov. 15. A winter relief fund for about 295.000 Berliners, including every, fourth child in the city. is being provided by the International Red Cross from gifts from Switzerland, Eire, Argentina, Venezuela and Peru, and German prisoners from their camp earnings when confined in America. The relief will take the form of food, medicines and shoes. A special ration card is being distributed to enable children, pregnant mothers and aged people to receive food.
