"We view with great eoneern the increasing number of sexual charges and recommend that more drastic action be taken in these cases," stated a rider from a jury, presented in the Supreme Cotirt at New Plymouth tonight, after Govindan Nair, an Indian student from Fiji, aged between 21 and 22 years, had been found guilty on two charges of-un-natuj-al offences against a boy aged 15 years.
