SVDNET, Nov. 18. A quarrc*] between two schoolboys is ulleged to have caused the death of i ii! ' ti Uenry Bpencer, aged 18. Speiicer's body was i'ound with licad in.iuries and with a rope tied about his neck under the house of a neighbour tliree doors away from his ho'me in the snburb of Punchbowl. The discovery of thc body endod a week ot' intensive seareh liy Itis parents, volunteers and thc police. A 14-year-old bov, Allan William Gould, lias been chitrged with mu rder. After questinning, Gould is alleged to liave made a stalemcnt tliat tlie boys (piarrellcd over tui exercise hook. Blows were exchanged and Gould became panic stricken wlien Sjiencer fell, apparently dead. The police sav that Gould then fastened an 8 foot length of rope round Sjiencer 's neck and tried lo drag him from the room. Failing in this, he tied ti length of webbing a round Spencer's waist and managed to move him under the house. v
