Reeeived Wednesday, S.20 p.m. SYDNEY, Nov. 6. No further proceedings will be taken by the Crown against Major _ Charles Hiighes Cousens, aeeording to the State Attorney General, Mr. Martin.v Major Cousens was committed from the Central Police Court on a ehar'ge of treason while a prisoner of war in Japan.
