Lactory workers are called on to pay special atlention to reducing production costs which have risen steexily in some enterprises during the reconversion process aud a Governinent announcement says that in f'uture factories achieving output sueeesses will qualify for bonuses only if production costs are kept down. Apjieals are also being made to workers in literature, the arts and cinema, to ereate works of lofty ideological content.
