WANGANUI, Nov. 4. Commen.dation from the Supreme Court bench, of the conduct of returned servicemen iu New Zealand in the light of the lack of increase of serious crime iu New Zealand, was cxpressed today by the Hon. Mr. Justice Fair at thc opening of the quarterly session of the Supreme Court in Wanganui today. "The conduct of our returned servicemeu ajid high standard of their bchaviour is a matter for real and very sinccre congratulatioii to all those connected with tliem, their paronts who brcught them up, their families with whom tliev grew up, and their friends, " said T\lr. Justice Fair, "and 1 am sure they must all feel very happy. The increases in serious crime rcported from other countries does not cxist in this country. "
