SHANNON DROWNING TRAGEDY

SHANNON, Nov. 5. ' The bodies of the three young people who lost their iives \yhen a home-made boat capsized on Jennings' Lagoon, on the Shan-non-Foxton Road on Sunday afternoon, were jrecovered from the water to-day. The victims were Rex Hart, aged 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Hart, of Bryce Street, Shannon; Russell Ivan Birss, aged 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Birss, of Sheehan Street, Shannon; and Joy Sunnex, aged 12, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Sunnex, of Sheehan Street, Shannon. The bodies of the two youths were located this morning by the police and tjhat of Joy Sunnex about two o'clock this afternoon.
