Received Mondnv, 7 p.m. RANGOON, Nov. 3. The anti-Fascist League whieli has a majority in the Burmese Government, has demanded that the Govermnent take iminediate steps to gaio a seat for Burma at United Nations. Other resolutions passed were that foreign interests cease the exploitation of Burma 's resourees, that Government-sponsored projeets be handed over to Burmese eoneerns, that Burmese diplomatic representat ives be sent to the world capitals, and that all foreigm troops be witkdrnwn as soon as possible.
