NEW GREEK GOVERNMENT

Reeeived B'riday, 11 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 31. All the Greek parliamentary leaders except M. Sophoulis have agreed to participate in the new Greek Government, says Reuter's Athens' correspondent. The Prime Minister, M. Tsaldaris, said the agreement on the new Government followed an appeal from King George. M. Sophoulis agreed, although he would not join the Government, that he would support any Government carrying out the revised programme presented last weekend by M. Tsaldaris' Populists in the course of the earlier negotiations with the Opposition. M. Tsaldaris added that there was no question about who was head of the Government.
