Reeeived Friday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 31. Mr*. Winston Churchill, in receiving the freedom of the city of rtirmlngham, said: "We are told that one of the great evils from which we are suft'ering is suspicion, for which there is a good remedy, It is a full disclosure of the facts. 1 hope this remedy will be applied oy United Nations, and what is( called 'war talk' will be swept away by the inter-change of actual milU tary facts supported by adequate reciprocai inspection on terms * of honourable equality among all powers." Mr. Churchill, because he has been unable to attend all the ceremonies, arranged to receive the freedom of several cities and towns in his own home at Kent where today's ceremony was held.
