The amendment specilical]}r limits the grounds upon wliieh a landlord may recover possession, to the follovving: (1) Nonpayment of rent, (2) failure to take reasonable care, (8) beeoniing a nuisanee, (4) where possession of property is reasonabiy required by the landlord for his own occupation, (5) part of property in exeess of that reasouably requi'red bv lenant, (6) when property has been sold and the fiew owner reasouably reijuires it for his own occupaney.
