Mr.-Attlee, replving in the Commons yesterday to a question about the re1 ease of pietures of bodies of the eon -demned Nazi leaders, said he was per; sonally opposed to public ation, adding: "I ara glad to see the majority of British editors and publishers took the ^ same view and refrained from publica tion. " Asked how the picture got* in one Sunday paper, Mr. Attlee said: "I can express a wisli but I have no co'ntrot over the press in this matter. There would b,e strong opposition if the Government tried to impose a press censorship. ' '
