SEVERAL SUSPECTS ARRESTED

Received Tuesday, 10 a.m. ROME, Oct. 28. Police and soldier guards throughout Italy have been doubled following the discovery of a iarge unexploded bomb, tagged with a miniature Fascist banner, on the windQW sill of the Chamber of Deputies in the early hours of this morning, the anniversary of the Blaek Shirt march on Rome. The police arrested several young suspects and also a former general of the Fascist militia, who was recently granted an amnesty.
