Another Qneensland reeord for scoured wool was established at the sale when fourteen Maxwelton bales realised 71 d. The olfering, which totalled ] 4,410 bales, came from the western areas and was similar lo that oft'ered earlier. Competition was again keen, partrcularly from continental operators, willi good support from Bradford and occasional American buyers.
