A child aged four died yesterday afternoon after being poisoned by weedkiller on his father's farm. He was Rory John Bragg, son of Mr. W. E. Bragg, of Te Tumu, Te Puke. The child was play'ing near his father while he was spraying weedtt with weedkiller. He put his hand through a hole in a tin containing he mixture and cut his finger. He immediately put his finger to his mouth. He was then violen-tly ill. \ doctor was called and the child was sent to Tauranga Hospital, 23 uiles away. He died as he was being admitted.
