WOODERSON UNABLE TO RUN IN AUSTRALIA
The English distance runner, S. C. Wooderson, and sprinters, J. Archer and J. McDonald-Bailey, are not available for an Australian iour, according to a recent message veoeived by the New Smith Wales Athletic Asociation, which stated that thev were unable to accept ihe association's invitation for bus- ;
iness reasons. It had been hoped by the New Zeaiand authorities that Wooderson might also be persuaded to visit the Dominion.
