GOERING'S CELL NOW DOUBLE LOCKED

Received Saturday, 11 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 18. Goering's cell is double locked and under permanent sentry guard, says the British United Press Nuremberg correspondent, who with other correspondents toured Nuremberg gaol. Neither Colonel Andrus, the prison commandant, nor other officials could advance any explanation as to how Goering got the cyanide into his cell. The American News Service. quoting well-informed quarters. says that Alfred Krupp and Fritz Thyssen will not appear at the January trial of German industrialists. It adds that Schacht's acquittal is the reason for the decision not to prosecute Thyssen. Krupp has not yet recovered his health. His son, Alfred Krupp. will appear for his father in the dock.
