WELLINGTON, Oct. D. A Chinese schoolbo.v was found hanged in his bedroom at his home in Wellington 011 Alondav afteinoon. Hv was Edward Cliockman Chee, aged 14. of Elliee Avenue. The bov returned t» his home as usual after school and ap peared to be in his normal good spirits He had -sqmetliing to eat and then went ,fo- .his' room with his school liooks. A friend said tonight that he believed the boy's death was aecidental. The bov had been reading a good deal about the arrangements for liang'ing the condemned Nazis and it was thought that the boy had been experimenting to see liow long it was possible to endure hanging witliout suffocation.
