The story is based on the diary of an American airman billetea in Grosvenor Square and he finds so many conflicting customs and traditions that he feels a stranger in a strange land. When. however, he becomes friendly with the genial Duke of Exmoor, and later, falls in love with Patricia, the Dukels grand-daugh-ter, he begins to know and understand the British people a little better.
