AUCKLAND, Oct. 14. Twenty-four Skymaster aircraft would be used in the Paeific service, said Mr. Q. Compbell, station manager at Auckland for Pan-American Airways, who returned from San Francisco by the Matson liner Monterey. The Skyinasters are at present being flown iu the company 's service to Auckland. Mr. Campbell, who left for the United States in August, brought Mi-s. Campbell and their three children bac-k with him. No Lockheed Constellation planes would be used in the Pacific service, added Mr. Campbell, who sur mised they would be flown ou the Atlantic. The Pacific aircraft would include a substantial number of sleepei planes. He mentioned that the Matson Com: pany was running eharter air services between Ilawaii and various parts of the United States mainland.
