WELLINGTON, Oct. 14. Situation: An extensive anticyclone is centred north of New Zealand and a depression is developing near. Tasmania. Tne foreeast to 5 p.m. on Tuesday is for westerly to north-westerly winds, becqming strong in exposed positions tomorrow. Some morning drizzle, but weather for the most part fair to cloudy. Temperatures moderate. Further outlook: Rain developing.
