UNITED NATIONS TRUSTEESHIP NEW YORK, Oct. 10. New Zealaml, Australia and Belgium have inforined Pnited Nations that d -ft agreements for the transfer of / "'ories they administer under a Le:, , of Nations mandate, to the trusieesliip of Pnited Nations, will be ready for presentaliun at the fortheoming Assembly. Eranee has already submitted its trust eesliip proposals and therefore it is likely a Trusteeship C'ouneil will be established during the Assembly. More than 250 members of foreign delegations will be unable to arrive for the opening of the general assembly on Oetober 23 unless the transport problem is solved rapidlv. United Nations asked United States *.o provide military transport planes but the Arinv has so. far not agreed. The diffieultv has ariscn boeause of the delay in wiuding up the Paris Peaee Conference. The officials mainly alfected are the Russian, Yugoslav, Polish, Egvptian, Indian and Iranian ones.
