"It looks to nie as if our economy is in a ninch worse situation than is generally believed," said the president of the General Electric Corporation, Mr. Charles E. Wilson, in an address to the Chicago Economics Clnh. "There is no de.lineation of whieh direction is forward and whieh is hack in the issues plagning our economy. ' ' Mr. Wilson maintained that frustrating Government control and illadvised propaganda for further wage increases, were the seat of the trouble.
