Receivecl Friday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 10. All troops, police, and anti-com-munist legionnaires in the Lisbon area were called to their barracks early this morning, as a result oi renorts of a threatened civil and military rising against the Salazai regime, says the American Press" Lisbon correspondent. Piivate telephone comunication betwen Lisbon and north and south eountry districts was cut off on Government order and no official explanation was given of the precautionary measures but reports are believed to have been given, warning of a rising, particularly in the northern provinees.
