Received Friday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 10. The Allied Control Council in Berlin has rejected all appeals by the Nazi war criminals, who were seritenced at Nuremberg. A direetive from the President of Bavaria, Dr. Hoegner, which ,was sent to the police chief at Nuremberg, orders von Papen's arrest if he attempts to leave Nuremberg, says Reuter's Nuremberg correspondent. The United States Military Government approved the direetive, which was issued to all the police in the eountry districts of Bavaria through which von Papen would pass if he moved from Nuremberg. The United States authorities havc announced that a group of German doctors and members of the S.S. who conducted inhuman oxperiments, would face trial about November 15. At least 12 doctors who participated in the S.S. oxperiments have been brought to Nuremberg for trial. Fritsche was again taken into custody for a few minutes and warned not to try to flee from justice. He was driving to Nuremberg by car last night and called out to a friend, "You see I am out!" A passerby thought he was planning a getaway and informed the police. Fritsche was later taken into. custody for a talk with the police chief to whom he gave an assurance that he was not contemplating flight and agreed to limitations on his freedom.
