Hopes that the new 23-knot ferry steamer Hinemoa would be in service on the Wellitigton-Lyttelto'U run for the Christmas travel period, have been dashed by advice that her departure from England will be delaved through late deliveries of essential material, particularly electrical equipment. She will now arrive in New Zealand towards the end of January and it is expeeted she will enter the WellingtonLyttelton run in the beginning of Februarjq ♦ \
