Received Friday, 12.10 a.m. NUREA1BERG, Oct. 3. Lieut-General Geoft'rey Keyes, Commanding the United States Third Army, refused Bchacht, von Papen and Fritsche permission to leffve Nnremberg. They are remaining in gaol. A spokesman said: "They are being kept here in their own interests and will remain as the guests of the Americans until arrangements are made for them to leave. We hope soon to diselose tlie reasons why tlie Third Army thus far has not granted exit permits.
