October 16 Fixed As Day Received Wednesday, 10.15 a.m. NUREAIBERG, Oct. 1. In Berlin the Allied Control Gounc.il has decided that the death sentences be carried out at Nuremberg on October 16. The council has the right to review any sentence and scale it down, but not increase it. A commission of four generals, representing the Britisli, American, Frencli and Russian authorities, will superv-i.se the exeeutions. The Xazis sentenced to imprisonment are expected to serve their terms in Berlin. Their safekeeping will.be the responsibility of the Allied Kommandature.
