MAKING ATLANTIC FLYING SAFE

Received Monday, 9.25 p.m. LONDO'N, Sept. 30. Details are anxioiinced of the new spectacixlar plan hy Britain, United States and seven other nations to make Atlantic fiying services still more safe and efficient. The plan provides that hy next summer, 13 ships will be anchored at strategic points in the Atlantic. From them np to the minute meteorological and navigational information will De wirelessed to land bases and aircraft in fiight. The ships will also aid air traffic control measures and provide sea rescue facilities. Details have been worked out at the International Conference in London. The agreement on the control and financing of the ships is now ready for signing.
