« Received Monday, 11 a.m. RANGOON, Sept. 29. The biggest procession ever seen in Rangoon marehed thi-on°h the streets protesting against the recent British White Paper on Biu-ma's eonstitutional f uture. The demonstrators, who included 20,060 striking civil service employees and police officials, carried banners demanding ^'complete freedom" and "scrap the Whlte Paper."
