Received Sundav, 7 p.m. NEW YORK, Sept. 27. As a result of the worst flood in Texas for 2o years, six are believed to be dead and scores injured. Ilimdreds are missing and thousauds luive been rendered homeless. The daniage is estirnated at millions of dollars. At least 10 persons Avere drowned when tlie San Antonio River, in Texas, was flooded by a eloudburst wliich swept through tlie city's business districts with a depth of from 2ft to 0ft. The river in oue area ' reached a depth of 25 feet. Many persons were dragged from tlie torrent and scores were rescued from housetops. The town is isolated and communications are disrupted. The numlier of citizens missing is uncertain.
