CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 30. Delegate to the Dominion conference during the weekend unanimously re-elected Major-General Sir Fred Bowerbank, of Wellington, president of Toc H. New Zealand. The appointment of the following regional chairmen was coniirmed. Auckland, Mr. J. Armstrong; Taranaki, Mr. A. E. Morris, of Hawera; Nelson, Mr. J. Hurrell; Canterbury and Westland, Mr. A. S. Geddes, of Christchurch; Otago and Southland, Mr. W. F. Alexander, of Dunedin. The ehairmanship for the Wellington region remains to be fllled. Arrangements for a visit to New Zealand in November of Bev. Gilbert Williams, of the London central executive, were made.
