Rsceived Saturday, 9.50 a.m. ATHENS, Sept. 21. The promised witfidrawal of tne British troops from Athens has begun, says Reuter's Athens correspondent. They are apparentiy moving to the Greek interior and not overseas, and 110 buildings have so far been derequisitioned. The British forces in Greece are to he gradually reduced from 50,000 to 35,000. The Russian forces in Bulgaria are estimated to total 100,000. It is understood that the British plan is to - form one full-strength division from the two at present in Greece. Part of the surplus will be transferred to other Middle East stations and the remainder are due for release.
