APPEARANCE BEFORE COURT
Received Wednesdav. 9.20 p.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 25. Handcuifed to two detectives and under a strong eseort, the l(3-year-old bov concerned in yesterday's gun battle at Bexley, was brought into the suburban Court today to face sixteen charges which comprised ten of breaking, entering and theft, three of sliootiug with intent to murder, two of carry ing a iirearm and one of escaping from the Plains prison camp. He was re manded to appear in the Children 's Court.
