BIG NEW DIAMOND MINE

Received Tuesday, 7.35 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 24. Geologists in Tanganyika discovered a diamond deposit believed to be eight times larger than any otlier in the world, says Reuter's correspondent at Dar-es-Salaam. It is the Williamson diamond .mine at Shinyanga Central Tanganyika and experts say that the supply is practically inexhaustihle. When work on the kimberlite (soft rock usually hearing diamonds) hegins, there will practically he no limit to the production of diamonds. So far onh'- a small part of the top gravel has heen worked and the diamond pipe not even touched.
