Provision for repayment will be made by establishing a sinking fund, calculated on the amount raised, ?f not less than two pounds and four pence (£2/-/4d.) per centum per annum. As security for the proposed loan it is proposed to levy a special annual recurring rate of two hundred and xorty-four four-hun-dredths of a penny (244/400 ths. d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the Unimproved Value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Levin. As security for the proposed loan, it is proposed to levy a Special Annual recurring rate of thirty-six four-hundredths of a penny (36/400th.d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the Unimproved Value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Levin.
