Reeeived Wednesday, 8.15 p.m. 8YDNEY, ►Sept. 18. Rain whieh started last night was still l'alling today over a wide uroa of the drought stricken nortliorn part of Now ISouth Wales. Weather Bureau officials said tliat light to nioderate falls were expected to continue but timi so far tlie rain could not be doscribed as drought breakiug. As mucli as seventy points had fnllqn tliis morning in some plaees and tlie rain was continuiiig this afternoon.
