AUCKLAND, Sept. 17. The chances of an All Black visit to Australia in 15)47 are to be discussed with the New Zealand authorities by two delegates from the Newr South Wales Rugby Uuion, Messrs A. ,T. Ten cred and W. II. Cerutti, who arrived at i Auckland by air from Sydney. They I will also confer witli the New Zealand ■ Uuion ou lnternational Rugby rules. \
