NEW STANDARD OF INTERIOR WORK
LEVIN FIRM MODERNISES ITS PREMISES The re-opening, after extensive renovation and modernisation, of Mr. J. E. Wallace's ladies' outfitters' premises has revealed that a new standard of interior shop display and decoration has been set for Levin. A colour scheme of cream, relieved by fawn outlining, combined With the installation of the latest system of soft white fluorescent lighting, makes the interior bright and pleasant. Another innovation is the removal of the back walls from the windows. A cream stencil against a black background provides an effective setting for window displays. Curved counters, shelves and' frock bays, easy of access, complete the modern touch which has been given to what was a shop of the old style, gloomy and cheerless inside, and by no means a pleasant place in which to either work or shop.— "P.B.A,
